This study is to explain the Analysis of Teamwork and Work Discipline on the Performance of Civil Service Unit Employees in Batang Hari Regency, Muara Bulian District. The method used is quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Testing of Teamwork (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) as independent variables and Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable, is carried out using the t-test, F-test and Determination Coefficient. The results of hypothesis testing on the Teamwork variable (X1) that the T-count value (7.812)> T-table (2.022). The results of hypothesis testing on the Work Discipline variable (X2) that the T-count value (6.350)> T-table (2.022), from the partial test results obtained Teamwork (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have an influence on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneous variable test shows that the Fcount value > Ftable or 89.311 > 3.24, so that Teamwork (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance (Y). The Adjusted R Square value is 0.746 against Y or 74.6% and the other 25.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
